full db export probs

When trying to do a full db export it keeps crashing on me with the error
argument 7 is null, invalid or out of range.
I have encountered this error on a few of my users schmeas.  Is the any 
way to avoid this error?  Export file is as follows



file =e:\temp\dba.dmp


log=e:\temp\export.log


grants=y


full=y


rows=y



Any suggetstions in how to complete this export.
