where to find Ora817 for HPUX?

The OTN download site doesn't seem to have Oracle 8.1.7(.0.1) for HP-UX 11.

Why doesn't OTN have a binary for this platform?

Where can I download this release?

I would prefer the standard to the enterprise edition.
