The best thing to do is to find an nt equivalent of the Unix/AIX iptrace command.
Other than that you will need to make sure sqlnet.ora trace_level_client is set to 16 and run otrcfmt on the output. I've never tried that, if you want me to I can give it a shot, but I don't promise I will do it immediately (probably I will delay it to the weekend)
