Oracle 8.0.x on windows 2000

Hello,



I have installed an Oracle database 8.0.6 on Wdinsows 2000 Server.
So far so good. Everything seems to work, but all I try to do via TCP/IP
fails.


The Net8 easy config and the net8 assistant can not be started.



Is it hopeless to run 8.0.x on windows 2000, or does anyone know what to do?
