Saving Word Docs to Forms

I want to save Word documents to Forms. How do you do this? I have looked in Oracle 8i The Complete Reference and it is difficult to follow. Do I need to add tablespaces? If so, how? Also, I am unsure of the datatype. I am trying BLOB. It is for a project at work so I would appreciate any help.
