Problems Installing Oracle ODBC Driver 9.0.1.2.0

I get the following error message when trying to install the Oracle
ODBC Driver 9.0.1.2.0 on a Windows 2000 machine.



Error in writing to file d:


\oracle\ora90\BIN\SQORA32.dll



Any ideas on how to proceed?
