It depends on the cluster-size of your filesystem. Oracle installs very much small files, smaller than your cluster-size.

Example:
500 files * 100 bytes = 50000 bytes, but 500 files (each 100 bytes) * cluster size for example 512 bytes = 256000 bytes

206000 bytes of your disk may not be useable!
