Hi,
This might seem like a simple question but can someone explain how to use Oracle Objects and Nested tables well? They seem a LOT slower than straight relational and the join on nested tables to get results seems no different than relation except it is harder to access and slower. I am not using Java and most things are done by SQL or rather simple PLSQL.

Does anyone have good samples of code?
