Hi Anant,

I have just solved the same problem. In my case the error message ORA-12560 has\d no relation the problem. If your disks are formatted with NTFS open the properties for each disk (it may be sufficient to do this only for the disk where you are installing Oracle), choose security and give full control to everyone.
