Hi,

Describing all the options with pros and cons would be quite long. I found a good overview in these two Oracle Press books:

Oracle8i Web Development
Brad Brown

Oracle Web Applications 101
by Sten E. Vesterli, Bradley D. Brown

We use Oracle Application Server with PL/SQL cartridge for HTML Web Applications. This works also to display data in Excel Format. This is good if you have PL/SQL knowledge around. We deploy our Forms applications on the web using Forms Server and Report Server - this is good if you have forms and reports developers around. You I you have java developers around, you may want to go in the Oracle JDeveloper direction....

You may want to consider the following Oracle products:
- Application Server (9iAS)

Hope this helps.

Regards
