In Window2000, Shutdown service does not perform DB shutdown

Hi All, There is a problem with my Window 2000 database. Previously, before i applied the sqlnet patch 1522966 (patch on orannts8.dll) i have the problem to bring up the db together when i start my service for oracle db.

 After applied the patch, it solved the problem on start service for db,  my db will up once the service is up. but i still have the problem when  i stop the service. Window 2000 just stop the service without perform  any shutdown on my database. There is no error on the oradim.log. I did  check some parameter setup in the register it is as below:

ORA_DCRMS01_SHUTDOWN = TRUE ORA_DCRMS01_SHUTDOWN_TIMEOUT=30 ORA_DCRMS01_SHUTDOWNTYPE=i

Can anyone tell me what's wrong ? Thank you
