Do a clean start of the Oracle Agent

1. delete the node in the repository (console)
2. shutdown the agent on the node
3. rm *.q *.ver in $ORACLE_HOME/network/agent
4. rm services.ora in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin
5. start the agent again
6. rediscover the node
