Make you life easier by using parameter file, then just type

    exp(imp) parfile=c:\........\my_exp.txt

-> d: -> cd Oracle\Ora81\Bin
Shouldn't have to cd, should be in your PATH

Newbies reading your post might be confused. dmp files are binary files. can't change (and don't try !).
You mean RENAME it.
