Summary:
Tsnyder is de DB server
Jredus is the OEM Management Server, or rather: jredus.internal.cyrusone.com (see error message) <snip>

That means:
- Tsnyder should hold the OEM repository (user is probably oem_rep,   or something the like)
- Jredus is the management server, that services all OEM calls.   The initial uid/password is something like sysman/oem_temp (it's in the   help - sorry not installed here!)
Remember: you log in on a service, not a database! Once logged in, the OEM Service reads the OEM repository, using the database userid (e.g. oem_rep), and resolving the name with tnsnames, etc.

Your hostname should be (is resolved to: ) jredus.internal.cyrusone.com If not, change that, or use the IP-address

Just curious: where did you start OEM config manager when you checked/ created the repository? From jredus, I hope.
