Hi,
You're right.
In fact I have got the one from IBM side, it said DB2 is better :) But I havent got one from Oracle Side, I mean a document that explicitly said Oracle 9i beat Db2 7.2.
So that I can make make comparison as starting point.

Where can I find it?
