Did you actually add 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME\lib' or did you add
'LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib'? (ie, fore-slash vs. back-slash or
fore-stroke vs. back-stroke if you prefer)
