You didn't mention the purpose of this database. However, your
createdb.log together with init.ora doesn't make a sense to me.
If this is just databse for same testing or learning Oracle, then your
SGA size is far too big. If this should be a productional database
(and I hope not !) then using only one tablespace and not mirroring
your redo logs is asking for troubles. Having all control files on one
drive is also extremely bad. Running database in NOARCHIVELOG is
another usually not suitable solution.
Another thing is parameter "compatible = 8.1.0", if you're using 8.1.0
version then you should upgrade to 8.1.7.2, if you have newer version
than 8.1.0, then there is usually no need to downgrade this parameter.
