If you have a CSI number, you can go to Metalink and put in a TAR to order it. They will ship it to you for free as long as you have a valid and active CSI number and address. At least that's what I did.

Be warned, Solaris x86 is a dog when you install Oracle 8i or 9i. You're better off using Linux (I like SuSE - it's installs easy and runs optimally with Oracle installed). I only use Solaris Intel as a development box, and wouldn't dream of using it in production.
