Really?
I've divided 27892 by 512, 1024 and 4096 and don't get an integer answer (db_block_size has to be an integer multiple of the O/S block size).
I also checked the available block sizes in the Database Configuration Assistant, and 27892 is not one of the available settings.
You sure the database was actually created successfully?
If it did, it's the weirdest block size I ever saw (and I'd be tempted to recommend re-doing the database creation and sticking with "standard" block sizes of 4096, 8192, 16384 or 32768).
