Hi,

Does anyone know how to assign values to variables in pl/sql? Do i have to use a constructor in this case and how? e.g. x1 := fld_x ???? For instance i do have two fields in my database fld_x. and fld_y and also i have created variebles such as x1,x2,x3,x4 y1,y2,y3 and y4 as coordinates in 2d space. i.e. (x1,y1) (x2,y2) (x3,y3) (x4,y4) these represent my variables.

With regards,
