DBA Studio will not start

i have just installed Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition and when i try to run the
DBA Studio is get the following error:



Bad Command or File Name


Syntax Error


Program Too Big To Fit Into Memory



this is a Windows 2000 machine with 550 MHZ Pentium III with 768 MG RAM and
a 30 GB hard drive.



has anyone seen this before???
