It depend, if your database is less than 5 or 8 gig in size, you could create a new database instance and then "export" and then import it back.

If your database is like 300 Gig+, I don't recommend it. It also depend how many users you have, if you have only less than 10 users, I will do export each user's schema and import it back.

I know you could do a FULL=Y in import too, if you have 200 + users.
