dbassist fail and dbstart do not work

OS: Solaris 2.8
Oracle: 8.1.7

Issue:

1. The error below happan when run dbassist after install oracle

EE 8.1.7

           "ORA-27101 Shared memory realm does not exist."

        2. No result after run dbstart
            Checked the status by sqlplus command. The message show me

"The oracle has not already." with ORA-01034 code.
