IAS advantages over Apache/Jserv

Hello, we are currently using OAS app server to host our servelt based web app. We have been considering moving to IAS. Since IAS is based on Apache/Jserv, I cannot understand why we need to spend a lot of money, and purchase IAS instead of using opensource Apache/Jserve from Apache.org.

Any information on advantages of using IAS for servlet hosting over Apache/Jserv will be appreciated.
