I am assuming you have an ODBC driver for Oracle installed. If not go to Oracle's technet site and down load it. Next you need to install the Oracle client software. You should have it. Then you need to find out the user name and password of the Oracle account. Also you need to know the service name to connect to.(ask your DBA for this information) Once you have that create an ODBC data source using the Oracle driver. Then in Access choose File Link table choose an ODBC data source. Then in the odbc dialog choose the source you set up. Jim
