rman reference

Does anybody have a good reference for the rman restore command. I am trying to get it to restore from a sepcific backupset, but cannot find any reference as to how to specify which backupset to restore.

Additional info:
Oracle 8.0.5 on Sun Solaris
Database is in NOARCHIVELOG mode.
Trying to do a complete restore of the second to the last backup set.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
