Easiest : Use TOAD, click DBA and then compare schemas, fill in the blanks and off you go.
Next, use a tool called OraCompare available from http://www.niderost.com/oracompare.exe but the link is broken. A search on Google showed a single hit - which was RevealNet Pipeline Archives - and they have the same link.

I have the exe (it's freeware) if you want it.
