ISQL Plus!

Hi all,

There's one thing i'm wondering:

I installed Oracle 9i - Full Installation (About 3.2G) on a Windows 2000 OS and i'm trying to set up the Oracle HTTP Server with ISQL Plus...

In the documentation, they're talking about isqlplus.conf, isqlplus application and so on. When i'm looking for any file starting with isql, the system doesn't find anything..

Does it mean that this utility wasn't installed during the installation or it's the database configuration which is wrong??
