The problem is that ORACLE can not be sure whether you are not
inserting data into the same table you are selecting from. I know that
it sound very interesting to have full overview over all errors users
get on ORACLE level (PL/SQL) but as I know there is now possibility to
get it. If I find something I will let you know.
