Nope. It's a one to one relationship, until you get into Parallel Server -and even in Parallel Server, one Instance can ONLY manage one database.

If you stopped to think about it, though, it would be a performance disaster of the first magnitude if it were ever possible.... you'd never in a blue moon *want* it to be possible.
