Ah ... the search for DBAs. It's even worse down here in Canberra, Nuno. It took me nearly 18 months to find 2 people who had a clue about oracle (and thankfully they do ... that was a relief). It did have it's humourous moments ... a few applicants having done a quick VB + MS Access course reckoned they could easily do this Oracle thing, and they were *only* asking $60K :-) (pacific pesos again).
