This should satisfy you that RBO is dead.

Our app is deployed on approx 200 instances at 150+ sites around the world, versions 7.3.4 - 8.1.7

~50% solaris
~25% hp-ux
~20% nt/2k

the rest aix, tru64 etc.

and they are all running CBO.
