2 instances at 7.3.4 = RBO
All the rest (approx 30+) at 8.0, 8.1 = CBO

Servers = HP-UX 10:20 and 11:00 (23 and 64 bit), Digital Unix 4.0d, Open VMS (yeuch !), NT4 (yeuch!)

Norman.

Hi All,

A lot has been said about Ruled Based Optimizer VS Cost Based Optimizer but
I would like to launch this quick survey : Which one are you currently using in Production ? and what version of Oracle
are you currently on ?

Thank You
