This question has been answered soo many times, that it is amazing it keeps popping up over and over again.
You didn't

- read the net8 troubleshooting manual provided by Oracle
- searched the archives of this newsgroup at http://groups.google.com
- searched the faq hosted by Jonathan Lewis at http://jlcomp.demon.co.uk
- searched http://www.orafaq.com

But anyway for the *last* time
12154 means you don't have the service_name myora in your tnsnames.ora Now d2k uses a different tnsnames.ora than oracle8i. You need to keep those two in sync
or set up the TNS_ADMIN registry var in hklm\software\oracle to point to the correct one.
