If you don't have the init parameter AQ_TM_PROCESSES set to a number > 0, and
you aren't using
delay time in your queues, you won't see the logging. I actually logged a TAR
with Oracle on this and was told that this is expected behavior due to the
background processes doing index maintainance. It seems like there is room for
improvement in this particular part of the AQ application.
