If you read the thread carefully and entirely (ok, it's very long), you will see that this is not correct. I hope I can repeat this correctly, but in the thread I mentioned:

uninstall is incomplete, LEGACY-keys prevent another successfull install
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICE problem
VNI-2015 problem
DBAStudio cannot import/export without Enterprise Manager
