Application Stats for Oracle (similiar to WebTrends)?

I'm trying to find out of there is a package available (similar to WebTrends) which would allow us to gather some information on our Oracle HR system. Please note that this is NOT a web enabled system. The types of things we are looking for are frequently accessed applications, high use organizations/accounts, etc.
