dissappearing SQL Analyze

Strange problem with the OEM 2.x tuning pack. I start SQL Analyze, have it pull some "top SQL" then right-click a query and click "add to navigator" (or simply drag a query to the navigator -- doesn't matter which) and after a few seconds, get an application error in vmq.exe, and SQL Analyze dissappears.

Anyone ever see anything like this?
