Even though your kernel parameters may be set correctly, are you sure you enough free memory to create the SGA? Any time I have come across the ORA-03113 error at startup, the problem was a lack of free memory. Please check the amount of free memory before you start the database create statement and make sure it significantly larger than the size of the SGA for the instance you are creating. If you are not sure, then shut down some other processes or reduce the size of the SGA and try creating the database again.
