It will use whatever processors the OS makes available to it. So it should
out of the box use all 8 processors. (You will have to pay more for
licensing as it is a per processor basis.)
There is currently nothing released (including any OS's) that is
specifically compiled for that processor. Most likely you will have to wait
for NT to support it natively and then Oracle (probably 9i) will probably
have a release 90 days after that.
