are there any offical oracle add-on, patches, bug-fix since oracle
8.1.7 release 3?  I am trying to get all i need to make sure the
server 8.1.7 running without any potential flaws?



we bought the licence, but not support agreement so far yet. 



by the way, what's between oracle 8.1.7 release 3 release and oracle
9i?
