Oracle 9i DBA Studio

I loaded the three files for Oracle 9i server on Windows 2000. It works,
with just a few randow messages. However, is DBA Studio available? I
don't see it, and it was a great help in 8i. In fact, I can barely start
a DB without it.



Any assistance is appreciated.
