There are formulae in Administrators Guide. A lot of issues go into sizing. Expected growth, extent sizes type of applications (i.e. decision support or high transaction order entry type system). I suggest a good look at Administrators Guide or if you need to get the thing moving quickly just create a tablespace which is large ebough while you investigate.
