There should be a readme file with the patch. If not get it from the metalink patch page for your patch #. It will list all of the bugs. The biggest is probably the fix for the ORA-4031 problems. If you're running on NT, and using ORAKILL, there's a fix for the ORA-12500 that will eventually start showing up. There are probably 200 others too.
