I have a database package which I have pinned (kept) but first load of
package for the day is still slow. Are kept packages flushed eventually and
what is the distinction between pinning and keeping. The v$db_object_cache
has a 'KEPT' column and a 'PINS' column - when/what alters the 'PINS' column
?
