Installing patch 81711, catalog.sql, prompts? Help!

Hello -

After installing 81711 and following the instructions to run catalog.sql I got a series of prompts ending with what I think is an error. I just hit enter after all of them since I have no idea what to enter (not a DBA, just a coder trying to help a customer). I have been searching online and in the newsgroups for answers for an hour or so with no luck.

Here is the dump from the screen in SQL*Plus:
