nothing.

Oracle Failsafe is just a piece of integration between an Oracle Server environment and the Microsoft Cluster Server (MSCS). It provides some gui-pages to specify what database server and listener are involved.
All files (control, log, data, etc) must be on disks that are configured within the MSCS-package, no further special action is performed with these disks.
