Since your doing single set of disks raid 1, it is obvious this won't be a very big database.
The biggest problem I see is contention, but if your not doing alot, this shouldn't be a show stopper.

If you are confortable with oracle, do the multiple directories, otherwise, one /u01 mount point would not hurt.

Fragmentation is only a problem if you are removing and adding files, seeing as Oracle allocates the disk space in the begining, this should not be a problem.
