Unfortunately you will not be able to do this via export. If you export a table, from an Oracle database, the export file is written in a proprietary format that only import can read. My recommendation to you is to use a tool, like SQL*PLUS, and enable spooling so that the output gets spooled to a text file (plain text and not proprietary).
