Perhaps you could try this:

• On the new box,
  • just have "empty" non-system tablespaces corresponding to tablespaces on the source
  • perform a full import with ignore=y

or,

• "clone" the source to the new box.

Make sure you've turned the rollback segments "ON" in the parameter file... check the source parameter file.
